Paul Dryman
President
Paul Dryman is the firm's owner and lead investigator. He has over thirty years experience in corporate management, pre-employment screening, and corporate due diligence.  

He's very active in the community through Rotary International and other organizations, and you'll often find him speaking on matters relating to employee recruiting, retention, advancement & termination, or doing ribbon cuttings for new business startups.  

Paul is the current Vice Chair of PIHRA (Professionals in Human Resource Administration, Ventura County Chapter) and currently serves on the board of NHRA (National Human Resources Association.)  He is also a former Director of the American Society for Industrial Security's Ventura County Chapter.  Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree from Walsh College of Business & Accountancy and has held a California Private Investigator / Qualified Manager license since 2003.
Paul LeGrand is the firm's Investigations Manager. He has conducted investigations on behalf of clients ranging from notables in the entertainment industry, to some of the largest corporations in the world.  He has been a featured speaker at statewide conferences, and has conducted over 1000 major field investigations.  

He is a former 1st Vice President of Professional Investigators of California, and actively oversees the firm's investigative services.  Paul has over twelve years experience as a field investigator specializing in protective intelligence, surveillance, evidence photography, and litigation background investigations. 

Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree from CSU Northridge, and has held a California Private Investigator / Qualified Manager license since 2001.
